Each year, the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum showcases work by emerging artists graduating from the Master of Fine Arts program in the Art + Art History Department within the College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts at Florida International University. The MFA thesis exhibition marks the culmination of three years of research and intensive studio practice, presenting works across a range of media—including painting, video, site-specific installations, and digital art. This year’s exhibition, In Between Form and Being, features the work of Alex Breaux, Liliette Ferro, Mark Herrera, Lucía Morales, Nicolle Morales, L'nique Noel, Jessenya Rodriguez, Pedro Sena, Jacob Stiltner, and Chantae Elaine Wright. As part of the Frost Art Museum’s ongoing collaboration with FIU’s Art + Art History Department, this annual exhibition highlights the innovation and depth of the university’s emerging artists.
