Event Rentals

Host your next event in the Frost Art Museum’s soaring gallery spaces, magnificent Atrium, and airy Terrace. The Frost Art Museum offers a variety of spaces that can be transformed to accommodate either large or intimate events, with capacities ranging from 20 to 200 guests. Perfect for corporate gatherings, social and educational events, the Frost Art Museum features unique spaces that will wow your guests. Please note:

  • Security guards, event manager(s), and custodial staff are assigned and billed according to type, size, and event hours.
  • All first time renters must visit the museum for a facility rental tour and walkthrough.
  • College students may submit the inquiry but the final rental agreement will require the faculty advisor's signature.
