Join us on Saturday, September 17 for Art & Health: Palette to Palate , presented in partnership with West Kendall Baptist Hospital, and learn how to blend the visual arts and the culinary arts to experience the beauty of healthy eating.
Our Moderator for the panel discussion will be NPR Host and Syndicated Columnist, Linda Gassenheimer. Panelists include: Chef Allen Susser, Chief Fooding Officer at Chef Allen's Consulting; Leyanee Perez, R.D., L.D.N, President & Founder of The American Healthy Weight Alliance; and Jordana Pomeroy PhD, Director of the Frost Art Museum.
Chef Allen will lead guests in a hands-on activity using sauces and brushes to plate their desserts like a work of art.
