Volunteers

We rely on our volunteers to support our vast educational programs, and we have many different types of volunteer positions with varied levels of training and time commitments. Our volunteers, lead art activities at our Family Day, set-up and assist with workshops, programs, and events, and serve as representatives of the museum.

Each fall new volunteers are recruited from our FIU campus and community. High school students are welcomed during the summer. Applications are accepted in August and in January of each year. All volunteers are required to submit a volunteer form, background check, digital fingerprinting and participate in an interview.
