Frequently Asked Questions

• Does the museum offer tours tailored to my age group?

  Yes. Gallery Guides and museum educators have experience touring visitors of all age groups, from K–12 to university students, children to seniors. Age-appropriate activities for students are also offered at no cost.

• Do you offer tours in different languages?

  Yes. We currently offer tours in the following languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French

  If you require a different language, please contact the Education Department at 305-348-1808 or email us at frostedu@fiu.edu at least three weeks in advance of your visit.

• Do you accommodate groups with limited mobility or special needs?

  Yes. We can accommodate tours for groups with limited mobility and individuals on the autism spectrum. Please specify your request and check in with the Front Desk upon arrival. We can also provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters with advance notice.

• I'm visiting with a large group, but do not require a tour. Can I still visit?

  While it is not required, we appreciate groups of 10 or more planning an unguided visit to notify us to better accommodate all our guests.
