Join us for a performance by Olujimi Dance Collective (ODC), founded by Michelle Grant-Murray. ODC is committed to uplifting the lives of Black Women on a multitude of levels that involve healing, spirituality, empowerment, education, and excellence.
Michelle Grant-Murray is a choreographer, performer, educator, author, and social activist, who has presented work in Europe, South America, Asia, the Caribbean and the United States. Currently she is the Artistic Director of Olujimi Dance Theatre, the Miami Dade College Jubilation Dance Ensemble, and the Coordinator of Dance at Miami Dade College Kendall Campus. Grant-Murray is also the author of Beyond the Surface: An Inclusive American Dance History.
