In recognition of Deaf History Month, Frost Art Museum FIU will welcome FIU Honors ASL Panthers and John Paul Jebian—an ASL world languages teacher at G. Holmes Braddock Senior High School and adjunct ASL modern languages professor at FIU—for a closed-captioned, virtual event, which will highlight the contributions of the Deaf community to American society.
This virtual program will incorporate performances, presentations, and poetry readings by FIU Honors College ASL Panthers and professional deaf artists.
