Join us for the exhibition opening for House to House: Women, Politics, and Place. Several amazing women with Miami connections will join us: Stephanie Marsellos and Gabriela Hernandez (both FIU alumnae) will speak about their involvement with the Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commission.
Octavia Yearwood, artist, programmatic curator, and author, will join our chief curator, Amy Galpin, to discuss works, including her own, featured in House to House. We’ll also share a special video message and music from GRAMMY-winning DJ Tracy Young.
