Dr. Damiano is the Pierre Daura Curator of European Art at the Georgia Museum of Art, University of Georgia, since August 2018. She holds a Ph.D. in Art History from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, with a focus on Italian Renaissance and Baroque art. She also holds an M.A. in Museum Studies from the University of Montreal. Her professional experience includes curatorial work in museums in Canada, Italy, and the United States, where she has engaged in research, community programming, as well as management and exhibition production.
