Our Drawing Salons offer an opportunity to develop artistic skills while sitting in a relaxing gallery environment. Each two-hour session is led by practicing artists, museum educators or university faculty. Drawing materials and stools are provided. All ranges of drawing experience are welcome. This event is free and open to the public.
Inspired by the exhibition Many Visions, Many Versions the theme for this Drawing Salon will focus on real and imagined nature. Guests will sketch their own fantastical animals as we take a look at anthropomorphism and story-telling.
