Each year, in celebration of Art Basel Miami Beach, the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum FIU hosts Breakfast in the Park. Guests enjoy a complimentary outdoor breakfast, informal lecture by a noted sculptor and guided tours of The Sculpture Park FIU as well as the exhibitions in the museum.
This year Alice Aycock, an American sculptor known for her complex site-specific works will be our guest speaker. Her diverse sources of inspiration range from environmental Land Art to popular forms of entertainment (amusement parks in particular), obscure literary sources, and sci-fi. Artist Carola Bravo will also be giving tours of her exhibition
