Frost Family Day welcomes the community to campus to experience art's transformative power! This summer family day is all about art, dance, and weaving. The art of weaving has been practiced by diverse cultures across the globe for hundreds of years, bringing community artisans together.

Learn more about these fantastic techniques on July 16 by making your own woven piece from 11:30am-2pm. All materials are provided. Take a tour and see a large-scale bridge inside our galleries created by the Brazilian artist Liene Bosquê and inspired by Inca traditions. Don't miss the impressive dance performances by the Sumaj Tusuy Andean dance company at 12:30pm and 2pm and learn a few new steps!

Enjoy outdoor games, scavenger hunts, light bites, music, and exciting art-making projects.

We thank West Kendall Baptist Hospital for their continued support of Frost Family Day. Additional support provided in part by Blick Art Materials and Roxy Theater Group.
