Can I submit an exhibition proposal for consideration?

The Frost Art Museum does not accept unsolicited exhibition proposals.

I’m an artist. Can I send you information about my work?

The Frost Art Museum does not accept unsolicited artist submissions, and we cannot respond to or return unsolicited materials.

I work at FIU.  Can I borrow a painting from the Museum for my office?

The Frost Art Museum does not participate in a campus loan program. We welcome you to come visit the Museum to see our collection objects on exhibition.

I have a work of art but I don’t know anything about it. Can you appraise it?

For legal and ethical reasons the Frost Art Museum cannot perform authentications or valuations. Professional appraisers can be found at www.appraisersassoc.org, www.appraisers.org, and www.isa-appraisers.org.

How do I donate an artwork to the museum?

How can I support the ongoing care of my object?

When the museum collects objects for its permanent collection we are making a commitment to care for and use that object for years to come.  We welcome and encourage gifts in support of collection care.  To make a financial gift please click here.
